On my spreadsheet (about to send Matty the updated version), I have them both rated at 79, but intuitively, I think Rolle is the much better player of the two. I don't know whether or not I'm overvaluing McAlister, or undervaluing Rolle, but they shouldn't have the same rating, so I'll have to fix that somehow.

My ages are ages as of 9/1/09. I have McAlister at 32 then, and Rolle having just turned 33. So they are within a year of each other in terms of birthdate.
