Ok now I'm maybe being a conspiracy theorist, but why specify a "history with Holmgren"

Biggest issue everyone noted to an in-season firing of Zorn, he's the HC, playcaller and QB coach. Well, now you can promote Blache to HC, make Lewis the play caller and Meidt the QB coach. Zorn gets fired after the Philly game. I'm just saying.
Lewis was OC for Holmgren, but also coached with Shanny in SF. Hope he's got a solid calling plan because his minutes are going to be increasing.

Just play dude, you've got the talent and ability just let it flow. #2-Forget what Gibbs told you about being so safe. It's obvious he's hearing too many voices and the first one he heard in the NFL was of a scared old coach. Not to run down Gibbs but you can tell JC is still playing to his conservative coaching. Moss said as much the other day, 'Checkdowns won't win us games. He's got to take some chances.' Gibbs was the quintessential 'don't take chances' coach and Brunell reinforced that to the max. #3-Yards are yards. If you have to run to pick up the first down, make the decision to get the hell outta there and get the hell outta there!
