Re: Help Us Local Skin Fans See The Game

never in my life have i had to worry about watching a redskins game in virginia that was on fox or cbs. this is absurd. not in hampton roads or richmond? insane. truly sickening.

Just voted good luck.

You got to have sunday ticket here but come on not in the local market and with 2 hated rivals. Thats like spitting in your face then kicking you in the nuts.

Re: Help Us Local Skin Fans See The Game

Regardless of how shitty your team is doing you should be allowed to watch them.

I remember growing up poor as a child and spending every Christmas with my family even though we didn't have much. We may not have gotten the best gifts, but it was our family and our Christmas and we wouldn't want to spend it with anyone else...no matter how pathetic it may be deemed by others.

The Washington Redskins are our family and no matter how bad it gets we want to enjoy our Sundays with them before anyone else.

I wrote it, but am no longer a Virginia resident. Voting and posting on that site seems like cheating to me. Feel free to use my comments though.

Re: Help Us Local Skin Fans See The Game

Yea Im pretty pissed! I found out during the Florida bowl game that WRLH fox Richmond will not be showing the game. I emailed the station manager and called the general manager to assert my displeasure. I will have to go to a bar to see the 'skins go 5-11 or 4-12 which is so absurd I cant believe it. WRLH claims to be the home of the Redskins and then doesnt show the finale? What kind of crap is that. Ive rode the whole way and now I have to get off, C'Mon man! Justin.tv is just to unreliable to expect to see the whole game uninterrupted. Hail and good luck, I hope you like me find somewhere to watch!

I voted...still 75% of 687 = 515.25 votes. I get to see it cuz I live in Chuck County, at least according to The506. With FOX you never know.

TV distribution map... (Oops...I can't post links)

the506.com/nflmaps/2009/17-FOX-L.html
Good luck, you'll need it with FOX

Are you talking about BR? I remember several times back in the 80's seeing him at a bar acting like Mr Cool. He would by girls drinks and they would just blow him off but he would still keep buying them drinks.

Re: Help Us Local Skin Fans See The Game

Is the Roanoke area going to show the Skins? DISH is still saying that we are on after the Panthers/Saints game, but the broadcast is saying Eagles vs. Cowboys. We're still on the schedule with DISH, but I'm confused.

Re: Help Us Local Skin Fans See The Game

Maybe I lose my fan card for saying this, but if I had to pick between the two games, I would choose the Eagles-Boys 10 times out of 10. The Skins are a pathetic sight. I love em, but I'm sooo done with this season.

ATDHE.Net - Watch Free Live Sports TV
Watch Online tv sports news and entertainment for free at channelsurfing

Re: Help Us Local Skin Fans See The Game

Thanks guy for all ths support and after I started this thread my cold got the best of me and I have been in bed ever sense. I have not missed a skins game sense I don't know when. The only games I can remember missing the 1st half was the come back game where LA made that int when we where 0-5. I also missed some of the TB game when it came down to the last minute and they went for two winning the game. Other then that I just cannot think of me missing a game.
