All the more reason QB's need to learn how to slide. If this is a fumble Giants just royally screwed up, and I think it is a fumble because there's no clear cut evidence that Samuel touched him.

After watching this game, I'm looking forward to playing NY. Neither team really impressed me tonight. Vick had some weakness exposed and Eli looks like he's starting to struggle.

That will depend how our o-line performs. I think next week against Jared Allen and the Williams Wall will be a good test. The G-Men still have a good defensive line.

All I have to say is...if McNabb was still playing for the Iggles tonight, we would be laughing at how the Eagles sucked tonight and how he's old, slow, and can't avoid athletic pass rushers anymore. And of course, he would have had a few balls in the dirt...

Those Giants were bringing the heat.

Re: Giants or Eagles?

Vick showed last night that he is a legitimate NFL Starter. I was always a supporter of him, through good times and bad, and i cheered for him when he returned to the NFL, even more so when it was clear that he cleaned up his act.

He handled the game well against a very good defense. And the schedule for the eagles the rest of the year, the Eagles might go 13-3 or 12-4....it is very favorable.

I wonder now when the Eagles/Vick contract talks will start. surely not after the season's end...

Funny I think that was established long ago when he was still in ATL.

I was talking about all his criticism over his career that he isnt a true QB, that he's just a runner, etc...

Reid and company have molded him into a true pocket passer that no longer has a run first mentality...that was never the case in ATL.

I was thinking the same thing last night, they may run the table or come close to doing so. They're not a dominant team, but look as close to being one as anybody at this point. This season doesn't have 1 great team, but Philly & NE both are pulling games out & look confident.

I really would like to see us get the iggles again. I'm not confident we'd win, but it wouldn't be a 31 pt. game.

More than anything he's a legit NFL passer now. He's REALLY been coached up. No Int's all year long. But he still holds the ball like a loaf of bread.
