From Albert Breer: A) McCloughan knows players, this pursuit is a ringing endorsement of Norman; B) Let's wait for the real numbers. https://t.co/fkZQwXlHV1

Charlie Casserly: The #Redskins signing @J_No24 Josh Norman is like having a second 1st Rd draft choice this year. Look for a DL in the 1st Rd @nflnetwork

Not draft a CB in the first round?

DL 1st round after possibly trading down, Karl Joseph if he's there in the second round and a gamble on the 3rd with Jaylon Smith even if he misses
most or all of the season.

Re: Josh Norman CB is a Redskin

I think u can get J smith later than that at this point. I'd look at WR as well since I doubt PG will be back in '17

And to think that Norman could have ended up with Giants if he had been a free agent from the get go.

Re: Josh Norman CB is a Redskin

Having Breeland and Norman on the field at the same time is a huge upgrade.

The Norman signing is so big because he actually affects the game plan and plays Barry can call now.

Barry can leave these guys on an island and blitz the crap out of QBs now!

I agree Norman is a huge addition. This changes how we play defense. We will dictate to offenses.
It will be interesting to see how Culliver is physically and if we keep him. If Culliver and Kysheon Jarret can bounce back from injuries, our secondary will be really strong.
The drafting of ready to play Defensive Lineman is now critical for this whole thing to work well.
Incredible how a capable GM and few years changes things. It is great to have a FO that finally understands that a great Defense can get you to the playoffs and more. Defense and a strong O-line.
