What's the forecast?? I hope it's COLD!!! I really need a W this week. I might kill myself if I have to listen to all my friends(Raider fans)talk shit for the next couple of years. This is a must win in my book!

Actually, it's not as warm in Oakland as you might think.

That said, there D is kinda week, but have been playing well against the run lately. We should be able to put some points up, I just hope we score about 45 this week. That should atleast give us enough points to hold up if the D goes in toilet agian this week.
Yeah, I'm with #56fanatic and PSUskinsfan11 on this one. Norv's overall history will generally be regarded as a failure, but really, he lost only 10 more games than he won in Washington, and he NEVER had a good defense to help him out.

In today's NFL, you cannot discount any team nor their coach.

So much worry, just because the redskins had that letdown game all teams have - except the '72 fins.

If Oakland can come up to DC and beat Washington with Kerry 'Scattergun" Collins then I would be amazed, astounded, apoplectic, and beside myself. Collins is well on that road to #2/#3 QB in the NFL. He has thrown, what, like a million INT's in the past four games? This is his last ride as 'The Man' on an NFL team. Go out and eat him up for like four picks.

And to worry about Arizona.....They just aren't a good football team, and their best pass rusher is out, and Boldin may or may not play, cmon!

Bottom line, when we don't self-destruct, we can play with any team in the NFL, Indy, Cincy, Pittsburgh included.

I suspect that our defense will use this as a game to set the tone for the remainder of the year. If we can shut these guys down Sunday, I would expect pretty much the same for the rest of the year. If we don't I would expect more of the same....
