Re: Redskins vs. Panthers Gameday Thread
After watching that outing I think I would have preferred the commercials.
Thank goodness it was only a preseason game because that performance stunk worse than a crap sandwich. |

Re: Redskins vs. Panthers Gameday Thread
I'm just glad that one's in the books! Look forward to next week, and it's a short one!
It's only pre-season folks even though we looked really bad, that can change in a hurry. We have some work to do nothing more than that.

Re: Redskins vs. Panthers Gameday Thread
They won't play their starters more than a few series...we should only struggle for about 1 qtr next week....lmfao.

Re: Redskins vs. Panthers Gameday Thread
I'm sure G-Will would love to keep our team to 49 yds in the first half.

Re: Redskins vs. Panthers Gameday Thread
Oline looked horrible, Jansen was bad...some interior guys were bad...even samuels.
Jason Campbell was horrendous, Davic was ok, McMullen was ok, Devin Thomas did nothing, horton did nothing special Morton started out great with 4 great plays then got smoked on 3 bad angles for mis tackles for TDs...smoot missed a couple major tackles for tds, LBs pretty much were not factors which is scary....Frost was fairly good. Back up QBs nothing special...Rodgers looked ok based on injury but didn't make a dive attempt to stop a TD...MLB was shockingly poor...EJames played well as well as A Carter except for Running D...our Dtackles were ok but nothing special... Before the injury Jason Taylor was ok but didn't do much on running plays... Overall, we got our butts kicked and I cant even find a single play, offense defense special teams that we could hang our hat on....maybe the 65 yard punt...really REALLy bad.

Seems like the Defense as a whole sucked tonight. D-Line really sucked tonight. If you can't pressure the QB you put a lot of pressure on your secondary. BUt that still is no excuse for the secondary. Just looking at the stats not many of the starters had tackles..Most had none..If our D-line doesn't get it together..We are going to get picked apart all year when we face good QBs. Maybe I am wrong though...
