Well you didn't specify. I guess this shows you like the giants more than I do on account that you know their roster so well. So there :cheeky-sm

Re: 2012 NFL Draft Day 3
Another way I look at is we tried to build secondary depth from 2004 through last year. Sean Taylor, Carlos Rogers, Reed Doughty, Laron Landry, Justin Tryon, Kareem Moore, Chris Horton, Kevin Barnes, DeJon Gomes, and Brandyn Thompson. 10 guys.
Compared to 7 offensive linemen in that same time span and 4 of those guys were drafted in 2010 and 2011. If they don't have secondary depth after all that then maybe it's time to move on.

They were late round picks and haven't shown anything to suggest they're long term pieces. 2 late round secondary picks in a 3 year draft span is absolutely unheard of.

If you cover him all day then the qb won't look your way and no one will remember you -until the one time you screw up and get beat. if you are in man coverage and it is a run play you have to hear the "RUN!" call and leave your man, turn around, shed a block of a lineman that is twice your size and make an open field tackle on a RB who is also bigger than you. Again, if you are able to do all of that people won't notice you until you screw up. |

Also going back to the Giants, I know that in 2008 they had a very weak secondary. It's possible it was also weak in 2011.

Re: 2012 NFL Draft Day 3
There must be some red flag to Polk that front offices know about but we don't.
