Rat - I know it is week one, and I know it is Griffs first game back, but I waited a long time for this game and I am completely shocked - I mean I did not think anything could be uglier than that game last nite, wow I was wrong.
p.s. - judging by those booo's the whole stadium needs to log off. lol

Im going to go have a really strong glass of kool aid so I can watch the second half.............

Olympic speed RGIII is gone I seen a few plays where if he were completly healthy he would of sprinted for 60 yards

Most disappointing thing: the Redskins havent even attempted to attack the Eagles defense where they are weakness.

Big picture, this is really a return to normal for the shanahan era: outprepared and outcoached. Other than an 8 game streak last season this has not been a serious team under mike and co.

Good to see you Goat! I have to agree at this point. Every NFC team I watched yesterday was ready to play. Yeah, Eli had a ton of picks, but the Gmen were sharp otherwise. The Boys dominated them though and deserved the win as they committed the fewest mistakes. If this season is indeed going to suck, I hope we can get our own Chip Kelly type that can get the team to buy into his stuff and really want to win.

Yes, because Shanahan winning 2/3 of his opening games means he's never prepared..

I'm watching the defense on the field the whole half, and RG3 looking like he's never played an NFL snap, and looking slow..

We obviously are not watching the same game.

D looks lost, not understanding the reads and progressions in Kelly's O, no UO tape out there? Philly D appears to know our predictable plays before they're run. All summer to come up with an opening script and this is the best KS has?

Embarrassing

Embarassing because a coach that won two SBs is being school by a rook coach. This rook coach is also outdueling the HCs OC son very badly. A bitch of a schedule in September isn't promising either. I just hope they can make it a respectable game in the second half.

We've stopped them on 3 drives this half....

I'm not sure what else the defense could do right now... Held them to 3, had to play a short field almost the whole game. We have less then 100 yards total offense. Less then a handful of first downs..

This is all on top of this "turbo offense" in which we know the defense will get winded, but it's like super winded..

It's ridiculous that the offense cannot move the football, and Morris is almost at the same amount of fumbles he had all last year from one game..

Oh, not to mention the defense has our ONLY POINTS OF THE GAME.

Granted our O is a big part of the problem, but blockhead plays, leaving Vick unaccounted, leaving Celek wide open, multiple missed/arm tackles....our D doesn't look coached up on this O at all. I agree with whoever said they may drop 50 on us.

Let's not blame this on defense. After that first drive, they looked good. The problem is they've been on the god damn field the entire game man.

Time of possession: 9:10 (washington)
Time of possession: 20:20 (philly)

This isn't on the defense.
