I said it once I'll say it again...time for "REBUILDING" mode. Junk all the coach's, dump the aged players, bring in a HC that knows what he's doing. We can keep the WCO but let the HC pick his team and start anew.

If anyone needs to be fired is Blache, the team spends $153 Mil on the defense and they can't even stop the run or a rookie QB.

Even if you want to ditch the Z...man, who would you replace him with during the season that wouold actually help? Who on the team would you be evalutaioing for the head job?
You have to start looking to the off-season and talking to the Shanahans, Cowher, Grimms of the world toward that end..... But... this is NOT...........good
