BTW, I don't anybody believes that he IS in "football" shape if he can run a couple of shuttles. I think the point is, if he CANNOT, that he is not even close and no point in going further?

Ndamukong Suh passes 'Haynesworth Test' | freep.com | Detroit Free Press
Before he could take the field, he first completed what previously was considered a mundane conditioning drill until Redskins coach Mike Shanahan and defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth butted heads this week. Even Suh referred to it as "the Haynesworth Test." It required running 25-yard sprints six times. Suh, below, passed, running it in 65 seconds one time and 67 seconds the other.

Redskins Insider - Albert Haynesworth does not take test because of sore knee
Could a simple apology get AH back on the field? |

Re: Haynesworth fails conditioning test
Did AH knee bother him at all during the time he was working out on his own,I ask becuase maybe if he irritated(hurt) it while working with the privet trainer when he was suppose to be at camp in the spring violated anything in his contract?

If his knee was a previous injury I would guess there is no arguement but if your right and he injured it during "conditioning" outside the facility then I would guess he might be in some type of violation and could be fined by the team. |

Re: Haynesworth fails conditioning test
Not sure if the team has said anything official, since he wasn't here in the offseason when they do the weigh ins for the season. But he was 350 at this time last year, he claims to have lost about 30 lbs, and he passes the eyeball test for someone in the 320 range.
