I’m sure it will be a big upheaval and the team will lose some fans over the name change .. with that said I’m gonna remain a fan regardless.. I never thought they should have changed the name from Redskins .. but what do I know ? I’m a older white guy that’s allready targeted as racist by the mob .. If the new name came with a new owner, they could change our name to Washington Dingleberries, and I'd still be behind it the proverbial 110%.

Another Snyder sham was pretending to use fan input to pick the new name. The names Wolves or Red Wolves were huge fan favorites. They would have been very popular names. But no, we just get some lame excuses about trademarks to explain why we can't have a decent team name. Since when was Snyder afraid of a law suit? Hell, he seems to live for tangling with others legally. No, Snyder just didn't like the name Wolves so he decided on the name and logo he wanted and to hell with the fans, as usual.
