They day Peyton Manning says Rock Cartwright is the key to his future...is the day I leave this board and stop following the NFL...so, no. I was not serious. But yes, they did sign Rock

I know they signed Rocky which is why that statement threw me off. Sorry, restless night and long day...

Eric Winston has been meeting with the Chiefs for over 27 hours. People expect him to sign there. Too bad..

Lol. I thought he wanted to go a contender. Chiefs are a contender for the most overrated team award.

If RG3 busts, we're going to be such a joke. If a player doesn't buy into Robert, they have every right not to sign here.
I don't blame Winston at all.

So you are saying he'd rather choose Matt Cassel over RG3? What are you smoking?

Well, Matt is a known, RG3 is an Unknown, right now.

The Chiefs have won in spite of Cassel, the Redskins have sucked for a very long time.

What does that have to do with the Chiefs suckage? I'm not saying he should be signing here, because I feel it's fairly obvious by now if he wanted to sign here, he'd have a visit lined up at least. I'm just saying he said he wanted to go to a contender, and now he's settling for the Chiefs?

The Redskins have been pretty dysfunctional last few years, Chiefs haven't been. He's not a young guy, he probably wants to get his money and just fit in, not be a part of the chaos in Washington.

Don't get me wrong, getting RG3 is going to change this, but he clearly doesn't view it that way.

That long? Sheesh. He did have some tweet about how he was wearing red when he was going to the meeting and hope that didn't give too much away.

Yep waste of talent. Him (most likely) going to a bad team like that. Add him to the list of great players that probably won't ever win a super bowl.

Who needs Winston, we got Willie Smith who I predict will be the RT for many years to come.
