that was an excellent job getting into morgan's head causing that kind of reaction at that moment in the game

Exactly, he has an amazing ability to piss people off and keep his cool. No one is better at playing head games then that man and today it sealed a victory for St. Louis. I personally kind of admire him for it. The big risk with Finnegan is weather or not he'll start a rift inside the locker room.

Every game this week the Ref's looked like they took a step backward. The Baltimore-Philly game was laughable as well. FFS I hope the NFL gives the union what they want.

Guess this is the hangover from the Mardi Gras party. Can't stand the friggin Rams, did not have a good feeling about this game and thought the Skins would lose, even told the neighbor so.

Only postive is we have a QB who can keep us in games. The defense needs to get it's act together though. Looks like they gave up almost 500 yds.

From this day forth Josh Morgan will be known as Private Pyle.

Re: Redskins vs. Rams Gameday Thread

After these 2 horrible weeks of officiating (and finding out that one of the replacement refs was about to call a Saints game, as a Saints fan) Goodell needs to get off his high horse and work something out with the real refs. These refs are inconsistent and basically are showing they have literally no clue how to referee an NFL game. I mean, its one thing to be through and nit picky but there were FLAGRANTLY missed calls. Fred Davis getting nailed as a defenseless receiver, not calling a penalty when Fisher challenged a play that was already going to be challenged... Various others.

Sighs. I'm done.

If I were the Skins FO, I would trade Morgan for a lame horse, put Morgan's jersey on it, then shoot the horse in front of the team, just to show them I mean business.

As deranged as this is, I LOL'd at this. It was quite amusing watching this scenario play out in my mind....lol

The refs made some bad calls that benefitted the Skins as well. Just a pathetic showing by the Refs all around. How the Skins scored on a special teams play, won the turnover battle by 3 and still manages to lose is beyond me and should be alarming to all Skins fans.
