Since when did Fabian Washington turn into Nnamdi Asomugha?? It's pathetic that he has lockdown coverage on our receivers, not to mention JC isn't throwing the ball very well either.

Re: Redskins vs. Ravens game day thread

Here is what I see that is wrong....

1. The offensive line is just horrendous, but we all know that and we are stuck with them for the season.

2. The play calling is stupid. Why did they do two long passes, one to Moss, one to Randle El, your shortest receivers? My bet is, you throw that same pass to Kelly or Thomas that Moss missed, they would have caught it. That was all about size.

3. Campbell continues to regress in my opinion.

4. Where are the roll outs?

5. Where is the adjustment to the blitz. Only adjustment I saw was the pass to Moss on the strong side of the blitz that resulted in big pickup.

I don't think so. When the guy has time and drops back 5-7 steps he's does just fine. All this short 3 step crap to 5-8 wr's is stupid as hell. I'd rather see JC take deeper drops and max protect, and have deeper routes ran than do all this short shit that doesn't work. IMO JC is being used the wrong way.

I agree. We're running 5 yard routes and Campbell is having to work to a 2nd or sometimes 3rd target! WHY IS THIS HAPPENING!! WHY CANT WE SELL A 5 YARD ROUTE!! %^&*

End rant.

Our WRs aren't very good. There is more to being an NFL WR than running fast and catching the ball. The ability to run a good route must simply not be there. It is the only reason we seem to rarely sell anything in the passing game.

I disagree. I think his decision making has regressed over the last 3 weeks. He isn't reading defense well at all.

Given the lack of production on offense, I guess it is fair to make that claim. However, I don't know how people can accurately assess JC's ability to read defenses without having access to game film. I record every game, watch and re-watch them, but I can't say one way or the other how JC is reading defenses because I rarely see a complete picture of the field and what JC SHOULD be seeing.

he has regressed as pennskin quoted, against good teams most of the nfl are good i like jc but hes lacking intensity and his slow release drives me nuts
