I didn't catch the whole Convo but Greeny said Manning could work with the Shanahans and Golic agreed but they didn't come out and say yes they think he'll end up there

Why? You already know that everyone over in Ashburn does not want to wait around to win. They don't want to draft a rookie and wait for him to develop. They'd rather try the quick fix way. That's the way it's been since Snyder became the owner. Plus with an older coach and a GM who takes after his father, I could very easily see us making a serious play for Manning.
