Re: Favorite Movies.
terry gilliam directed it. I remember being a bit freaked out the first time when I was around 5 or so cuz of when some of the people get turned into pigs and especially when that dude gets his arm ripped off during the arm wrestling contest, haha.

Re: Favorite Movies.
gilliam makes some pretty good flicks... i'd kinda describe his work as tim burton on acid. "Fear and Loathing" and "12 Monkeys" rock!

Re: Favorite Movies.
Cohen Brothers--Big L, O brother, Barton Fink, Miller's Crossing, and RAISING ARIZONA (not to mention Lady Killers, which I liked...)
Terry Gilliam--Time Bandits, 12 monkees, but especially Brazil Movies written by Charlie Kaufman--Being John Malcovitch (sp?), Adaptation, Eternal Sunshine, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind--all KILLER scripts. For Spike Lee, I really like Clockers and Summer of Sam... Godfathers 1 and 2, Apocalypse Now (the original film, not the endless director's cut), Jaws, Third Man, Casablanca, To have and have not, Maltese Falcon, Young Frankenstein, The Philadelphia Story, Destry Rides Again, Duck Soup, Some Like it Hot, etc. etc.

Re: Favorite Movies.
Speaking of Goonies, I sat next to Data during opening night of Epidsode I a few years back... he was much older, but his voice sounded the exact same. I kept hearing in my head, "Fifty dowah bill! Fifty dowah bill!"
