Patrick Ramsey was and is the BEST 12th man for a defense. Only the Skins would burn a 1st round pick on a 7th round career.

Constant illogical changes (every year is new staff and systems), big payouts, cap hits and penalties, horrible FA signings b/c of their name rather than current capability, horrible record, and worse of all we have an owner gaining momentum being a BUSINESS man rather than an owner. Who can forget December 29, 2002 when Ramsey completed 19 passes (including the 2 completions to the defense) on just 31 attempts for over 200 yards and a deceptively ordinary QB rating of 49.0 to defeat the Dallas Cowboys 20-14?
