Re: Transformers Movie Reviews (Redskins Jersey Seen in Movie)

Saw Transformers last night and the movie totally kicked ass. I thought it was kinda childish or lame when I first heard it was coming out. But it rocked. I was there with some friends who were ravens fans and I kept asking them if that was really a redskins jersey and they just rolled their eyes. I want to go see it again!

After reading through everyone's comments I think it's about time for my brother-in-law and I to go on another man date.

Wow... I just paid $12 for a 4:45 pm Friday showing of Die Hard (then again, it was in one of the fancier theaters out here). Most matinees run about 9 bucks and evening shows around 12.

I remember when matinees were $2.75!

Damn, your town and mine are miles apart. The matinee is $7 and the regular price is $10..? It is $10 for the kid rate, my kids and friends, my two youngest 17 & 18 went to a flick last night, Lisense to Wed? said it was OK..... but I was floored at the cost!

This Transformers looks like a kidde flick from the previews....? From what I've read on some of these posts it sounds pretty good.....I think I'll wait till it's a rental.

Like I said I have not been to the movies for 3 years for personal reasons but my daughter was very excited last night as she had tickets to the 1st viewing here of Harry Potter. I guess it came out today as the movie started at 12:01am this morning.
