What Tiki is doing is really not much different than what T.O. has done in the past. He criticized his team during the season, and now he's criticizing them after leaving -- he's just not on another team. Tiki is becoming another T.O., he is just a better speaker.
Another thing: if I were the QB of a football team, and my RB -- and arguably the best player on the team -- said he "lost the heart to play" mid-season, I would rip him so effing hard, he would forget all about the asshole coach.
