Wow, Reggie Brown and a 4th is a steal for the Eagles...I hope we're getting some talk in here. Trade Randle El and a draft pick for him. I hate to give up a draft pick, but he's high first round talent, and the contract that Randle El has is not worth it at all...if we can dump his contract and get a large player like Williams, we have to entertain that.

If the Eagles get RW for Reggie Brown and a 4th I will flip my lid. Snyderatto needs to quit chasing Chad Johnson and get on this.

I like Bryant Johnson. He looks like he could be VERY good given the oppotunity.

Plus, he'd be cheaper.

I say Roy Williams. I think RW has proven at a young age that he can be a #1 NFL WR.

Hacket is the easy answer because he's a free agent and has connections to Zorn...but I have concerns that Hacket will develop into a #1 WR. A #1 WR has to draw double teams and also bail out his QB when he really needs a play made. Maybe Hacket can become this but I would bet against it. He would be my target if they determine that they can't get a true #1 WR in trade or draft.

Roy Williams is one of the best WRs I've seen in years. I don't think it matters what system he's in, he'll shine.

I have some concerns about his attitude (and his knee) but I think Javon Walker on talent alone would be a better alternative than Hackett.

It's kind of a toss up for me between Williams or Walker

We're on the same page here. I do think Williams would be a better pick than Walker, but I'd go 1/2 on those guys as well.

Why does everyone want to trade or cut ARE? Yes he's overpaid but we can't get in a time machine and reverse that decision. The cap dollars are what they are whether we cut him and take it all now or keep him and spread it out. We may as well keep him...this is not a Brandon Lloyd situation...ARE is a contributing player here.

#1- Because he's extremely overpaid.
#2- because most of us aren't paying attention to cap implications at this point. I was not aware of his cap hit if traded until someone slingin sammy mentioned it.
#3- Are was a contributing factor due to lack of options. He had one game where he took over, other than that, he's been a complement player.

Well I think were all in agreement that he's overpaid and if we could go back we wouldn't sign him again. He's not a bum though...he does contribute and if cutting or trading him is going to hit our cap anyway then we may as well keep him and let him return punts and be the #3 WR. It's almost like you want him cut to make a point that he's overpaid and his signing was a mistake.
