Todd Collins has the arm strength of an 11 year old. A strong 11 yr old though.

I'll go with an 11 yr old boy. I think Collins would be 2nd string on this halftime game they just showed in the background on WUSA-9.

Uneven half, backup defensive linemen looked great, nice run by Rock, and I can't think of any other positives.
