Re: Did D. Hall Just Blast Zorn and the Inept Offense?
Yes. Sam Huff was asleep through it all.

Re: Did D. Hall Just Blast Zorn and the Inept Offense?
Here's the deal. Jim Zorn has been, at least I think, called out in the most prolific way, in the media, by insiders, by fans, and more. The Lions game will be absolutely critical and vital to Jim Zorn. His game plan, play calling, and execution will be even more heavily scrutinized. I would think if there were a week that is essential for Jim Zorn to open the offense, it would be this week.

Re: Did D. Hall Just Blast Zorn and the Inept Offense?
I think Hall made some very good comments in a very smart way. He doesn't blast Zorn, but it is an insult by default to Zorn. With that said, Zorn can't say a word about it. Hall is 100% correct.
If the skins can't score in the red-zone this week, who else thinks Danny might put some feelers out on Mike Shanahan's interest in HC for the Skins?

True; you have to coach your players with what they can execute well and I haven't seen that in several years. If it's always an execution issue why do we keep so many of the same players?

Re: Did D. Hall Just Blast Zorn and the Inept Offense?
yeah at some point here zorn needs to open it up and show us whether its JC and the recievers execution or his play calling. no better time than now.
for whatever reason it seems no coach has trusted JC to take the training wheels off and let him ride or fall. - i just want to know whether zorn's playcalling is limited b/c of JC and his lack of trust or - zorn calls some deep balls and JC just doesnt let it go, he pump fakes when he should be throwing then gets sacked or pressured to check down. he doesnt trust his own arm. maybe this is a byproduct of having gibbs hammer any skins qb on how important it is to protect the ball. one thing is certain, i cant remember the last time JC threw a ball to a guy over 20 yds where there was tight coverage. . . .lol its hard for me to take myself serious complaining about our qb not taking chances down field in tight coverage . .ahhh e'fff it lets just run left. go skins!!

Re: Did D. Hall Just Blast Zorn and the Inept Offense?
As long as someone can through to Zorn they get a free pass in my book. In fact if D Hall's comments somehow result in Zorn changing the way he calls plays in the red zone then he will have earned his pay check for the year regardless of how he plays when he's on the field.
or in twitter terms He b earnin his paper if he gets trough to dis beezwhacks.

Re: Did D. Hall Just Blast Zorn and the Inept Offense?
Well maybe we ought to turn the offense over to Sonny and the "D" to Sam. We can call it "Grumpy Old Men 3" and laugh at the ensuing hijinks from 2 old farts who haven't played in over 30 years.

Only people on this team with a chance of the Hall right now could be Albert or Joe Bugel. I can remember when George Allen sent in a play, and Sonny ignored it changed the play and threw a touchdown. Allen benched him and put in Billy Kilmer. Don't forget, The Danny respects Sonny's opinion a great deal.

Re: Did D. Hall Just Blast Zorn and the Inept Offense?
I listened to the interview on ESPN and in no way did he blast the offense. He blasted himself when he said he fell in the endzone when they scored the TD. I thought he was classy and said all the right things. He didn't blame the fans, said he understood where we were coming from being pissed that they were one big play away from winning the game, or hell even a field goal away from winning. I hope that this doesn't get blown up to the be he blasted the offense and Jim Zorn, in no way was he negative about the offense on Zorn.

Re: Did D. Hall Just Blast Zorn and the Inept Offense?
It wouldn't matter if he did. Everybody saw the game. Hell, find someone who's not blasting Zorn. I'm one of the most loyal Redskins fans and I don't approve of the Week 2product. We do have the personnel to light up the scoreboard in the RZ. We have everything, Pro Bowl TE, FB and RB, three WR's over 6'2" and a 6'5" QB. I think the Redskins will put up 35 vs the Lions.
