No problem its hard to find players on the warpath cause 75% of the members use 360.

I guess Saunders coached them that way.
Trying to remember previous posts on other message boards is a pain. Whatever, the point still stands.

Refs will do whatever it takes to bend, I mean, interpret the rules for no good reason.

Re: Brandon Banks cut, Ryan Torain bumped to active roster
I guess it makes sense though, because even though Banks made the roster, it didn't look like he'd really contribute at all this season. Torain though will contribute. Hell I'd sign BB though to the practice squad immediately.

Also I'd say I agree with you that Banks was not used but I think his usage should have been explored more. Meaning the team used him as a WR but didn't during the regular season. He's a good KR/PR and they didn't use him during the regular season. He did extremely well with the screen passes and the team didn't even try him in that roll during the regular season. I also think they should have explored using him in the Wild Cat. no he's not a QB but neither was Portis. All he would need to do is run to one side of the field with blockers and throw a short 10-15 yrd pass back across the field to whomever in the open. I just hope no one scoops him up and he's put on the practice squad. |

Would of liked to see BB out there especially since we are play the lambs this week, but whatever the FO thinks I'm good with. Hopefully he makes it to the PS.

Also, Shanahan has always split the carries of his backs. CP never broke 300 carries in season during his early years in Denver, although he did get the majority of the carries.

Why? IF he wasn't going to contribute this season why even bother with the PS? The next two drafts are going to be loaded with nice tall Wrs. WE can fetch some good WR prospects in the 2nd and 3rd rounds next year and maybe in 2012! |

Re: Brandon Banks cut, Ryan Torain bumped to active roster
Somehow stuffing someone on the practice squad means they are in plans to contribute for the season? Guys like Capers are on there and it is HIGHLY unlikely he is EVER going to see the active roster THIS SEASON unless they are DESPERATE for o-line help.

Re: Brandon Banks cut, Ryan Torain bumped to active roster
Would you stop talking about nice tall WRs. We all know the 2011 draft is deep at WR, but once again its been proven that you don't need to be 6'3 to be a good WR.
