I'm a huge Tide fan, and i can tell you Ingram has the same condition that Da'Quan Bowers has.

Basically his knee is a ticking time bomb, and everytime he steps on the field, he is in tremendous pain and only his toughness and his spirit is what keeps him playing.

Da'Quan Bowers career will be over the next time he goes in for surgery. The long term goal is obviously not playing football, but being young and living a pain free life, with no handicaps. I have been told by more than one person that the type of knee conditions these men have, they will be lucky to play 2 seasons at best. Bowers is in a much worse way.

Just look up Reggie Williams knee on google, to see what happens if these guys try to keep playing with what should be a career-ending injury.

NO!, QB, OL, or DL. With this in mind I'd almost say OL, or DL because we need an OL to protect whoever is QB and we need a NT or LB/DE for creating a better pass rush.

But there have been rumors that the long-term stability of Ingram’s knee is tenuous. And NFL Network’s Mike Lombardi reported something that may substantiate that speculation on Wednesday evening’s Path to the Draft.

“I’ve had two teams tell me the knee is very bad,” said Lombardi. “He won’t be on their boards. These are teams that need running backs.”

No thank you. MS is known for getting really good quality out of mid to late round RB's, so I'll stick with that plan.

I would say absolutely not.

I shudder at the thought of taking a RB at #10. You certainly have your rare exceptions with guys like Chris Johnson and AP, but in today's NFL, it just seems silly to spend a high pick on a RB.

Every year it's more and more of a committee approach in NFL backfields. Running backs typically don't last long, and defensive players are flying around crushing guys more and more every year. I just don't think the value is there like it used to be.

If the Pats take him they will win a Super Bowl in a year or two. He is the type of player thats the missing piece on an already stacked team. Assuming their young defenders continue to develop.
