@AdamSchefter Adam Schefter
Filed to ESPN: Vikings cut OT Bryant McKinnie.

If you think Brett Favre got hammered last year, wait till you see McNugget.

Vet min? Who cares if he's old and declining, and was never worthy of Pro Bowl status in the first place. We need help.

/sarcasm.

So, now we should sign Hayden.

There's still room for a guy like Carlos Rogers or Kelvin Hayden here (they're roughly the same player, and would probably be our best cover corner upon signing), but I don't know how much more we should be trying to block Phillip Buchanon, or Kevin Barnes, from seeing the field.

One can catch, and is fast, and can cover as well as Los. The other can't catch, isn't as fast, and blows coverages at times.

Why is "can catch" an attribute for cornerbacks that arises only in discussions about Carlos Rogers? You never hear how much better at catching the ball Nate Clements is over Ike Taylor, even though that's unquestionably true.

Ravens will lose the offseason (and the actual season) if they sign Highway 61.

Disagree. Rabach is almost the perfect NFL backup C because the guy plays through nearly any injury.

Matt Birk is still one of the best centers in the league, so if everything goes right, Rabach will never see the field for them. But if he has to play, it at least means they won't have to reshuffle the entire line to do so.

Well it looks like Rabach will be seeing the field right away. Birk's going to be out for a few weeks

Good for the Ravens, they deserve this.

I'll take the one that can catch and doesn't want to play for the Cowboys.

Why do people hate on HALL? I really have no idea how our best playmaker on D gets so much hate

Watch him attempt to tackle or play solid coverage for a few plays in a row.....then come back and let me know what you think.
