I have no beef with Moss either but its kinda crazy to put that excuse there. Its like saying what if Mcnabb in 010 had his 04 team in B$G? if Mcnabb was good he would of simply shown it. Thats how it is in the NFL Peyton new jersey lesser weapons and new system and is on pace for 30 td's again. |

Guys Santana moss is a damn good player and one of the best redskin wrs really of all time if u look at his numbers and longevity but he's not a wes welker type of player, idk if moss could take the hits wes does, u have to remember welker goes across the middle almost every snap, that's balls right there.

Re: Trade Deadline: Any movement?
I'd bet he'd love to play w/ RGIII too. If Garçon was healthy, I'd see no need, but we could go deep into the playoffs if we had a true # 1 like Bowe. What would it take to get a deal done? I cant see Pioli trading him either. It would essentially be like turning in his resignation as GM.

he's great because he's in the slot, in a mismatch coverage or zone against nickels and LBs EVERY DOWN. Moss was on the outside his entire career here as a #1 he was not suited for, and either is Welker. Put welker on the outside as a number one and he'd look just like Moss did here, and vice versa with Moss in the slot in N.E. .... lol welker is a tough, fast reciever but his stats are a product of his system, working the slot his whole career and brady.. and thats it.

Re: Trade Deadline: Any movement?
[QUOTE=los panda;953675]i would rather have moss on the team, like right now. welker wants to get paid, his contract is up after this season. he's not a building block for the future. he would have to learn the playbook, develop chemistry, etc.
