Re: Time to Cut Doctson and Bring in Bryant
I’ve seen enough with him to know we should consider elevating Mo Harris or Floyd to his role but releasing him for Bryant would be utterly stupid and is the statement that made all of us immediately judge you as a moron.

Re: Time to Cut Doctson and Bring in Bryant
I feel all this Doctson talk stems from the bye week.
It's like we're back in the off-season with nothing else to talk about so fans are nit-picking players after 3 games. I've even seen Ryan Kerrigan catching some heat? Our coaches and FO are well aware of Doctsons production. Let's just see what happens the last 13+ games... I'm sure the necessary moves will be made if needed. I'd rather hold out hope that he can eventually produce rather than give up on him. Especially while he's on his rookie contract and especially ESPECIALLY while we have no better options. RE-LAX

Re: Time to Cut Doctson and Bring in Bryant
Assuming Reed can stay healthy (keeping my fingers crossed), we still have him, Thompson, Crowder, and Richardson for Smith to throw to. Oh, and Davis as well. So, if Doctson is gimpy again, I feel like the 'skins have enough to compensate, of course with Mo Harris and Floyd as well.
Last year, weapons kept falling and Cousins was running out of people to target. Hopefully that doesn't happen to Smith this year. Remember, we did draft Sims and Mr. Irrelevant as well, so there was probably some thoughts in the back of Gruden's mind that he needed some insurance. Problem is, those cats are lost for the season, so here we are.

Re: Time to Cut Doctson and Bring in Bryant
I have no idea about whether Dez is good/bad teammate I have no way to know and never just accept media narrative about any player.....
I do know that Dez would instantly be the best receiver on this squad And despite all the negative comments about his production his production is still better then most people probably realize Bring on Dez |

Re: Time to Cut Doctson and Bring in Bryant
I agree that it would be better to give him this entire season to see what happens. But I also believe Doctson chances are running out and that he has been a major disappointment. This not a bye week boredom thing. Anyone with two working eyes can say Doctsons grade as a Redskin is incomplete, which is not good.

Re: Time to Cut Doctson and Bring in Bryant
Kelvin Bryant was a running back so he’s out,And I would like to add I am not saying we should sign Dez,but Doctson sucks, would rather see Mo taking his place or Brian Quick for that matter

Re: Time to Cut Doctson and Bring in Bryant
The entire league seemed to think that AP was done. He's not. Maybe we'll get lucky and Floyd will make a remarkable comeback with us, as well. I'd like to see what he can do.
Also, I like Mo Harris a lot. I think he could actually provide more production than Doctson. So I'm fine with what the Skins are doing at WR, for now. Under no circumstances would I cut Josh Doctson this season or sign Dez Bryant ever. |

Re: Time to Cut Doctson and Bring in Bryant
So stupid.
You have an offensive game plan that is throwing the ball to RBs more than WRs. And then you blame the WRs for not producing. SMH |
