I've never heard Gibbs say anything about leaving after this year...
In fact all he's said is that he's committed to the terms of his contract which is 5 years. |

I think he's referring to when Gibbs joked about not staying long if he didn't win some more games and how he said that his time would be short in the NFL compared to his NASCAR life
