While I like Ganther, we do need a big bruising back to compliment his talents. Of course an Offensive Line would be nice too.
i doubt we get rid of Cooley man.

Jersey Sales would drop dramaticly.

ala why i dont think we get rid of CP or CC

Good point about jersey sales. I see us keeping Cooley before CP at least at this point.

I think the ppl that are smoking crack about a Cooley trade forget that he's been on IR and had surgery. Don't see many teams taking a risk on that.

I just think we need another playmaker on offense. A true weapon.

After the OL is addressed. Its Big Play RB time.

I was thinking about this today. It's pretty simple really -- the top teams in the league right now have dynamic, game-changing playmakers.

We have none. Devin Thomas might be a playmaker. Davis might be. Santana Moss has been basically eliminated by opposing defenses this year. That's about it -- nothing proven, just high hopes for a player or two here and there. With an offensive line worth a crap, I guess you could say we'd be better, but I still don't think there's anyone truly dynamic even with solid O-line play.

Does any one think this game may have been a test for Jim Zorn. Do you think Bruce Allen gave Zorn the go ahead to call plays the whole game. I think Bruce let Zorn run the team as any way he sees fit. I think Zorn had three games to show Bruce what he was worth and Zorn truelly shit the bed. if the next two games go completely down the drain as this one did, it will most likely be that Bruce gave Zorn enough rope to hang himself.

If this was the case I agree that JZ threw up all over himself like a due that went on an all night bender and then finds out he can't hold his liquor.

What if tonights offensive, offense was a result of Bruce Allen giving back the play calling responsibilities to JZ for the final 3 weeks as a fair evaluation period for JZ to blow him away and keep his job.

If this is the case JZ has really cemented the outcome of him being fired. He showed once again his poor game management skills.

For all of the Jim Zorn apologists this horrific display was his signature game.

If I was the owner, I would fire him now and let Gray or Blache be the interim coach. This should have been done when the castrated him earlier in the year.

I am sick and tired of seeing him in our colors and he should have been escorted out of the building after the fake field goal.

Yeah Blache has done a helluva job. Zorn gets the blame when we lose, Lewis gets the credit when we win, Blache gets a free ride for a horrible defense that received our #1 pick in the draft and the 100 million dollar FA. This team has been dysfuntional at the top for 10 years. Peyton Manning would have a hard time playing behind this line and, under the same circumstances, Lombardi himself would have a hard time getting anything done.
