Thing is you have all these guys brought in for a standard 4-3 trying to get used to a 3-4. Isn't going to go well at first. Sort of like what Rich Rod brought his system at Michigan. It took a few seasons to get the personnel to get it to run right. Not too sure if Haslett is going to get 3+ years to make a go of it.
