If having a court filled with justices who rely on the plain text meaning of our country's baseline legal document is scary to you, then moving to a country whose constitution and laws more closely align with your own. If people want a more federalistic socialistic nation, Canada is a very reasonable choice. If you have a strong desire to help struggling people in their own land Mexico might be a fine choice.

I really prefer not to dismiss you, in fact i asked you to offer proof of your claim, but you dont even try. So we end up speaking past each other at this point, and at this point there is no need to really continue the divergence.

I have posted links about critical thinking skills because of conversations similar to this with you before. I found it to be one of the best college classes i ever took and recommend similar studies to everyone.

A good discussion doesnt mean we all agree in fact its better if we disagree and discuss points and counterpoints, looking at and actually debating the issues and their merits.

In that picture, the dark black line is the chief justice, the yellow highlight line represents the median balance of the court. And the balance historically has stayed between slight liberal to slight conservative, regardless of the makeup of the court. Which for me highlights the seriousness with which all the justices take their tasks of interpreting and protecting the constitutional framework of our country.
