"I'm going to do whatever they want me to do. If they want to go do a screen or run a 100-yard go route, I'm going to do it," he said. "I think the zone-blocking scheme will be great for me."

Exactly the attitude we need. Complete 180 from Albert "I don't wanna play nose tackle" Haynesworth.

"I mean, I wouldn't really say that," Haynesworth said. "We've got a good coach and all that stuff. Whatever they ask me to do, that's what I'm gonna do. I'm not gonna be a distraction or anything. I'm just gonna do what they ask me to do."

That's exactly what Haynesworth said in the only interview he's given since the season ended. I dont know where people get the "I don't want to play NT" quote from. He never said he didn't want to play the position, he let it be known it wasn't his prefered position, but that he would play wherever they wanted him to play. It's a made up story designed to give credence to whatever dislike some people (for various reasons) have for the man. I watched the interview so I know exactly what he said.
