If you don't, he get's beat short ALL the time. That shouldn't even be a decision but we are making the wrong one.
Bend Don't Break! perfectly explained, thank you. too bad it's just really poorly executed by us and on the wrong down to boot.

It's typical Redskins luck. How often does that shit happen to other teams?!

But he did, for the first time, direct criticism at the D. I think the players are underperforming, but that was a way of crticizing Williams. And Williams clearly has large input on specific player moves--AA is his guy, and my guess is the reast are too. One bifg thing Gibbs said--and I completely agree--is that the D DID NOT GET THE BALL ENOUGH FOR THE OFFENSE. They didn't have enough plays. Long drive after long drive. If Campbell gets 10 or so more plays, we win, IMO. If you can't get on the field, you can't get a rhythm, and that's what Saunders offense thrives on. Of course, then they have to be able to run the ball--so the o-line has to get its head out of its ass and block, and Betts needs to hit the hole and hold on to the ball, or sit down. (I say start Duckett now, but we'll see...).
Amen.

I find it so interesting that when Gibbs offense blows "Players just need to execute." Then we move to someone who doesn't have immunity and all of a sudden the coaching sucks and players are fine...

golston is nice for a 6th round pick, but he shouldn't be starting. the fact that he is just speaks to our lack of DL talent.

we have way too many coaches. we need to have like 6 or 7. we don't need no 20+ coaches. its rediculous

Re: Gibbs looks angry during press conference

i think that we need a simpliler system not a Assosiate head cach defense and a defensive coordinator, isn't that the same thing?

Re: Gibbs looks angry during press conference

Yeah, you think we'd be better off having tryouts for defense and taking the best 11, instead of dishing out huge contracts for specified players from other organizations. Guys that come and tryout for the team would perform better or at least try harder than some of these guys.

It's almost like he was saying "Ok Al, I made the change at QB you've got your guy now." Now he's turning his attention to Williams and saying "so what the hell is your issue?"
I think this is a big problem. Shouldn't Al, who supposedly has complete control over the offense get the personel he wants on the field when he wants it? Seems silly for the man controling the offense not being able to pick the players he wants on the field.
