So you can't find any statement where Bush linked the two thats the fabricayed story from the left. Bill Clinton, all other major nations, most of congress, UN, also said there where WMD's.

Are you saying that the WMDs was made up? I think it is generally accepted that EVERYONE, including the Brits, Germans and hell even the French were SURE they had weapons. I am not saying the other stuff wasn't stretched but I am tired of hearing about the BS WMD lie. No one lied. They were just wrong.

OMG, I am speechless. We have clear evidence and the whole yellow cake thing escapes your mind? The fact that the CIA had some reservations about the claim doesn't bother you? That's not wrong, that's world mass deception.

i disagree with this, but.. it would have been a whole lot easier to swallow if bush and the boys would have come out and said this. look folks, we were wrong. never a peep, still declaring they(wmd) are in iraq, somewhere

he makes a good point. My mom used to use the same "because I said so" arguement with me when i was a kid and it always worked.

What I was saying that they never said that they worked together to attack America or 9/11 but there is alot of evidence that they did infact have ties. Here is a link and strol down to the Incovenient Facts portion and see what was left out of the post article. The Post even said that they had ties and contacts but there was no evidence they worked together to attack America.

dubya always seems to have this condescending attitude which I find hilarious considering how dumb the guy is.

I love this classic Bushism:

"There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again."

What a dipshit.

That is probably one of funniest moments Presidential history. He's such a tool.

Do you guys ever see the Letterman segment when they do "Great moments in Presidential Speeches" or something like that? Its pretty f-ing funny.

That's definitely my favorite too. I'm also a fan of Dan Quayle quotes, as you can see by my signature.

I have to say I like the Bushisms myself but if he is that dumb what does that say about the Dem. party which is batting 0 against him.

I agree, and as I said before I think their main problem is they don't fight back hard enough and with the same vigor that the Republicans do.

dubya owes everything to Karl Rove.

Karl Rove was a big help but Bush as in anyone running for office becomes the bottom line. I posted earlier to your post about the Dems not fighting back but you must have missed the past 6 years. They have fought him on everything he has done except around 9/11. I think that has hurt the Dem. party because at times it has seemed that all they have done is bitched, moaned, and complained but never offered any plains of their own. On some issues it seemed they just complained to complain.

What I mean by fighting back is when the Republicans start slinging the mud, the dems typically try to take the 'higher road' but sometimes you've gotta sling that mud right back. Clinton was great at that. He would fight on their level.
