Eff all the big money that is thrown around. Snyder giving bigtime money to coaches is basically him buying his way to influencing the roster. Don't let Snyder comprise your coaching integrity with his checkbook.

Any coach that comes to DC needs to be underpaid so he doesn't care about being fired after telling Snyder to get lost. Coaches who are well paid will have some concern over perserving their paychecks.


Don't let the money play into any pending coaching equation.

I feel bad for Jim Zorn. Yes, he was in over his head, and he hasn't shown much as a game planner or play caller, but in all honesty, he's got NOTHING to work with here.

The players he has are pretty much crap.

I disagree. Zorn has not used the offensive players to his advantage and he's paying for it. I don't know what school of thought Zorn is from, but waiting a year to allow a rookie to play is old and archaic. Marko Mithcell needs to start this week against the Chiefs. Anthoy Alridge and Marcus Mason need to get some touches as well. Portis has lost several steps and its killing us. The OL is the only work in progress that leaves much to desire.

I see. So Marko Mitchell and Anthony Alridge are the answers to our problems but Jim Zorn refuses to let them play. Right.

Our players just aren't very good, and the front office has let the offensive line deteriorate. It's really that simple.

Hhhmmm....so a question from far left field. Let's say that Jeff Fisher is let go after this season (and could be a strong possibility) would you want him coaching the Redskins? He has had some bad seasons, but he has taken the Titans to the Super Bowl before and has several appearances in the playoffs.

I don't know why I stopped with just the RB's. LOL. JC and Collins can go. See about bringing back Daniels off of the Saints practice squad, keep the new QB we picked up from the Giants cut and keep Colt(maybe). Cut Moss, ARE, and keep the young talent and look to bring in a few more pieces.
