Rodgers is ELITE and he has plenty of targets but I still see us winning Sunday in a great game.

Are you talking about the pack up in GB a few years back? I can't remember the details of that lost but I remember being painful, THEY OWE US ONE!

That's bcuz they have had Favre and we had QB's from the street over the past 10+ years. (Tony Banks, Shane Matthews, ETC.) Now we actually have a QB to roll with.

You kidding me? The Pack had more than just Favre during his tenure there. IF we get the running game going early and keep Donovan safe, we are straight. IF the D steps it up like they did in Philly we are looking good for the W. I really hope Armstrong can have a breakout game soon, as he seems to be on the verge of becoming something special.

I watched the NFL replay last night of the Pack and Lions and the Packers definitely have issues on D. The Lions were able to move the ball all day. Rodgers got off to a hot start and fizzled down the stretch too. They don't have much of a running game to lean on. Shaun Hill put up some big numbers passing and even had some big plays on scrambles.

I think we'll see a similar approach on defense that we saw last week, alot of cover 2 with rushing only 3 or 4, give them the short stuff all day but try to take away the big plays.

They're a good team, but certainly not unbeatable. We can hang with them.

I agree this is almost the perfect team for us to play, their weakness compliment our strengths very well. The one X factor is Rogers and our secondary but with no running game we should be able to send some help out there.

Well, I gave blood (literally) to see this game, so even with my nosebleed seats, I hope we beat the bejeebers out of them. I don't have a stellar record though, I think the Skins are like 1 and 8 (or some other horrible record) when I go to the game.

That said: 31-24 Skins win a true shootout.

* Green Bay’s 16 sacks as a team through Week 4 are tied for the NFL lead with the N.Y. Giants and Tennessee. The Packers lead the league in sack yardage with 113 yards.
* The Packers' 16 sacks through the first four games are the most by a Green Bay defense to start the season since the 2001 squad registered 20 in the opening four contests.
* The 16 sacks are also the second most in a four-game span in Head Coach Mike McCarthy's four-plus seasons, trailing only the 17 posted by the Packers in 2006 (Weeks 7-10).
* Seven of the sacks have come courtesy of LB Clay Matthews, who leads the NFL in that category. DE Cullen Jenkins, who ranks second on the team with four sacks, has posted a sack in each game as well, the first time in his seven-year career that he has recorded one in four straight games. Green Bay is one of only two teams in the league to have two players with four-plus sacks (Kiwanuka/Umenyiora, N.Y. Giants).
* With Jenkins registering a sack in four consecutive games, this is the second straight year that the Green Bay defense has had a player accomplish that feat.
