Re: Peyton Manning Chooses the Broncos
We could play Tebow at H-back.

Re: Peyton Manning Chooses the Broncos
A cheaper Cooley if he can run routes and block marginally well.. but not worth giving anything up for

Re: Peyton Manning Chooses the Broncos
Would he be cheaper? Isn't Tebow apart of the final series to draft players that didn't have to abide by the rookie wage scale? He could be expensive.

Re: Peyton Manning Chooses the Broncos
Makes sense: weak division, good defense, good coaches.

Re: Peyton Manning Chooses the Broncos
I think Tebow stays in Denver. This is a way they could keep him as a reserve / project and not have to worry about the crowd chanting his name every time their starting QB throws an interception.
On a separate topic, what does SF do for a QB if Smith signs with Miami? All the decent options are about spoken for.

Re: Peyton Manning Chooses the Broncos
On Tebow, Buffalo would seem to be the obvious match. But I'll throw out Green Bay as well as a spread team that just lost it's backup quarterback.
Miami is the one place in the league Tebow could go and start, although QB hungry teams like the Jets and the Bills would be more interesting from a long term perspective. The Tebow-Gabbert straight up trade is an interesting notion, but would rely on those two teams to value those players equally, and I'm just not sure that's realistic.

Re: Peyton Manning Chooses the Broncos
If I'm Miami I'd give Tebow a hard look. At the very least he's got star power. He sells tickets and jerseys, and the Dolphins desperately that type of boost.
Jacksonville could obviously use a boost in ticket sales as well. |

Re: Peyton Manning Chooses the Broncos
Winning is going to boost sales, not a trick pony. They need somebody that can run their offense, they need stability in the front office. They don't need false hope.
