How can Apke and Hudson be eligible for PS? I might be wrong but it feels like both have been activated on the roster for more than 2 years ever since we drafted them.

There are only a handful of players league wide who don't clear waivers (like CB Steven Parker), and it makes the most sense to try bring back players who have been with the team all off season. |

D Mayo and D Harris were released. So there's three LBs on the current 53 man roster.
