Jones was a top 15 quarterback for one year and he is looking to cash in like a damn first ballot hof’er.
When he throws 20 picks next year his contract will be a punchline for years. Can we set the bar low at two decent years before you demand insane money? |

It isn’t personal G-1. It has nothing to do with my hate for the Giants. If any average quarterback with one good (not great, but good), season was looking for that much money we would be laughing at him. You have to be concerned about paying him so much that you cannot build around him (wr, oline, lb’s). Especially if he doesn’t wind up being worth it. It is a real problem you guys have. If our quarterback woes make you feel better thats fine, lol, but it is a problem for the Giants. Break the bank on an unproven commodity, or move on and build the team? |
