I want the Portis back from the Gibbs v. Bucs game a few years back.

we've still had to stay within the limits of the salary cap, so we haven't been able to "buy" a team. But if the season is uncapped, we may be able to dump players that would be huge cap hits that aren't really performing and bring in solid FAs we wouldn't be able to pick up with the cap

Without a cap, we can be the Red Sox or Yankees of the NFL.
