Updated version I did when we signed him!

Thread is a great read after a year and a half.

Also, from everything I've heard, Shanahan isn't a big fan of Brennan, so this signing pretty much guarantees that Colt will be cut at some point. The Skins are definitely taking a QB in the draft, whether it's in the first round or after, they are taking someone, so there won't be room for Colt on the roster. BYE BYE Colt!!

Gmanc ftw in the signing Rex Grossman thread.

EDIT: KSK also ftw in the signing thread.

Yeah, I see Jones open on the flank. But **** that. Dumpoff passes are for faggots. I’m ****ing Sexy Rexy Grossman. I can get that ball in there. And, even if I can’t, I bet I’ll be able to pull it off the next go round. I like throwing the ball long. It makes my dick hard.

What’s that? I should throw a quick slant? **** that. That’s gay. Button hook? Gay. Flare out? Gay. Screen pass? Kevin Spacey gay. This is ****ing football. You can’t just expect wins to come to you. You can’t massage that shit. You gotta grab that game by the throat and rape the ever-loving shit out of it. You think a 5-yard out is gonna win you a game? You’re a pussy. This ain’t John Shoop running this offense. Sexy Rexy’s got the arm. The dragon. You gotta unleash the dragon.

Okay, I’m throwing it. Nice. Look how far it went. I look good. I bet I made that Pats cheerleader wet her panties with that throw. She ****ing wants me. I bet she likes it over a stair railing. I can hit that with 100% accuracy, my dear. Mmmmmm. I am delicious.

Oh shit. Looks like Samuel caught it. Again. Oh well. It still felt ****ing great to throw that shit. Tell me that wasn’t one of the prettiest passes you ever saw. You know what? Not only am I gonna throw it long the next time we hit the field. I’m gonna throw it even longer. Harder. You see that kid in wheelchair sitting in the end zone bleachers? I’m gonna nail him right between the ****ing eyes with a Sexy Rexy fastball. Why? Because I can.

This is Rex Grossman we’re talking about here. We’re talking 210 lbs. of twisted steel and sex appeal. I’m not just a gunslinger. I’m a cumslinger. Throwing that ball long tells all the Rexettes that I am ****ing out there. On the edge. Where I gotta be. The ladies love the danger. The unpredictability. Oh, maybe I’ll tease them with a pretty touch pass every now and again. But then I’m gonna go right back to pumping that ball out for all it’s worth. It tells them I throw like I ****. That’s how we do things in the sexy business.

Tell me you’re not turned on right now. I am.

No homo

In regards to Rex being pudgy. Suffice to say Rex understands what it takes to win a Super Bowl. Six packs are championship killers.

Peyton Manning never won a Super Bowl looking like this.

Brady Quinn has yet to learn the ways of the Super Bowl Champion. Tanning and lifting means your spending less time in the film room eating cheetos.

I talked to a couple of guys at camp, and maybe others here who went can confirm or deny, but they say in person he doesn't look even remotely as "healthy" as the pictures online seem to indicate

This poll is starting to make more sense. I mean when we had Rex as a fall back we were able to grade our QB situation as B- in terms of risk.

Then again maybe Rex does realize that pudgy QB = Championship. Lol

Real Rank (worst to best)
Dolphins
Bengals
49ers
Seahawks
Redskins
Bills (Yes, I think Fitzpatrick can be very good if he gets some help)

Seriously, where are the Bengals in this poll?

Tebow is unhappy in Denver now that Orton has been declared the starter.
Big trade lurking out there?

Re: 2011 Redskins Free Agents Rumors and Reports-Part 3

Another thing. McNabb was a regular Pro Bowl QB when he was pudgy. All of a sudden he comes to DC, looses a bunch of weight, gets in shape and suddenly he can't even get an 80+ passer rating. Coincidence?

I was comfortable with the starters. Now I'm starting to get more comfortable with the depth.
