People seem to be forgetting the Redskins moved up to the #2 overall pick because there are 2 different qb's the Redskins like. The Redskins aren't sitting there hoping the Colts are dumb enough to pass on Griffin. Maybe he's their first choice, but Luck is no "woe is us" consolation prize.
Honestly, I'm partial to Luck since I've watched him for the
Last 3 years and know what he is all about. He would fit Shanahan's system as well as Griffin and will add that he's not afraid running people over when he scrambles ( seen it many times).

Why anyone would worry about the possibility of getting Luck is beyond me.

The world is full of stupidity. These are the same people that one month ago that said "I would give up the farm for Luck not RG3." But now we could lose Griffin and be "stuck" with Luck like he is Rex Grossman or something.

And neither was I.

Just funny that people are "down" on the thought of getting Luck. I get that everyone is sold on RG3, and so am I, but if the cards happened to deal us Luck instead, I'll quickly shake off any disappointment and be loving life just the same.

That's what I'm saying, either way I'm buying their jersey.

Former Shanahan coordinator says RG3 "is going to fit perfect" with Redskins - Washington Times

Quote:
“Mike likes to run the ball – everything starts with the run – and likes to move his quarterback,” Kubiak said at the AFC coaches’ breakfast here Tuesday. “I don’t know that I’ve seen one move like this guy in a while. He’s very smart. This guy is going to fit perfect with what they want to do – if they take him, of course.”

Is Indy really thinking about taking RG3? I think it's a smoke screen but they're having the discussion.
