I think Santonio Holmes will be the one to test him moreso than Rex Ryan. It's not like Holmes and Sanchez get along that well....

Pretty simple: dumbbells hammers workout and practice the concentration during carrying. I had only one fumble in my high school football career and it was all due to those two workouts.

Not really free agency news, but I don't want to start a thread until more info and the complete list of proposed rules comes out...but the NFL is considering going back to the old way of IR which means a guy could be stashed on IR for a few weeks, not the whole year...which would be huuuuuuge
