Redskins Sign Vincent (MERGED)

How DESPERATE are the Redskins. Do they think signing Troy now and having to wait a couple of weeks for him to become ready for game status has anything to do with the fact Mark still holds the ball and that the D-Line gets brushed off like dandruff flakes to offenses. This team signed him with the depseration to finish the season at 8-2 at best to make the playoffs. What a waste of $$ but what a great name player to sign. 8-2, 9-1, or 10-0 to finish the season to make the playoffs. They are treading very deep water with those numbers. What happens next year when Prison returns from injury, what will be when DOckery and STaylor need to be resigned is there $ for all this???

I hope you're not trying to say that signing Vincent is going to handcuff the Skins cap-wise. The details aren't out yet but I'm sure it's going to be a very short term and cap friendly deal.

I don't know, I am still agaisnt this. Rather have us stick it out, instead of trying to make an unrealistic push for the playoffs by bringing in vets.

we got beat by the TITANS...we are playing the COLTS next. what would "sticking it out" really do? save us cap space THIS year?

may as well sign him. it may seem to be a sign of weakness and that we are panicking, which happens to be true.

all we can do is hope for the best and understand that to date, the skins just have not been a very good, call it, a bad team.
