Re: Redskins O.T.A.
It looks like he will be able to lead a normal life, someone posted pictures of Smith throwing few balls few days ago. Although just like you, I'm pretty sure his football career is over..

Re: Redskins O.T.A.
McLaurin signed his deal with the Redskins, I believe he was the last rookie, so the entire 2019 rookie class is signed.

Cam Sims standing out again, but can he actually contribute?

Leftover observations from minicamp: 1) The Redskins absolutely need Trent Williams back, which should be obvious. It's very hard to measure the play of the OL or DL without pads, but it's hard to imagine Ereck Flowers being a viable option at this point. I'm not sold on him as a LG, but we'll see more in camp; poor technique at one spot doesn't turn into good technique at another. But we'll learn more in August. 2) Rookie QB Dwayne Haskins makes some throws that reveal his special arm talent; and then other times he'll fail to get his feet turned to make a throw under duress, leading to poor throws. The key for him will be quickening his reads to give his feet more time to turn. Sometimes those throws, even with his feet turned elsewhere, work. Sometimes. But the talent is obvious. 3) Trey Quinn didn't practice Thursday, but overall seems to have had a good spring. He'll be a factor; he's tough. But they will need to see who can back him up. They have young options, but all unproven. 4) I've enjoyed watching Domonique Rodgers-Cromartie. He's a smart, savvy vet who will make others better. If a receiver does not sell a certain route, he will not bite. That's good for the young wideouts, such as Terry McLaurin. Coaches will focus on his ability to change speeds to con the corner. Rodgers-Cromartie isn't easily fooled. Entering camp, he appears to be someone who can have a range of value – as a mentor and someone who shares information with offensive guys (including Haskins). He can play slot corner and outside and will rotate to safety in various coverages (no, not full-time). Interesting tidbit about drc, good to hear

Re: Redskins O.T.A.
So tell me exactly why you feel compelled to denigrate someone who has literally given his right leg to your favorite franchise? While it’s in keeping with your many other ill considered posts, it’s still offensive. At least to me.

Re: Redskins O.T.A.
He is just an angry dude. Fuck the Redskins or the cap in terms of Alex, Alex needs to get that leg right, and I hope he does. Alex did nothing but be a great representative for this franchise. As much as we love football, real life is way more important.

Re: Redskins O.T.A.
After drafting Haskins, why in the hell would I want Alex back? Maybe as a mentor for a year, but looking to get some cap relief after this season from his contract.

Re: Redskins O.T.A.
was watching the 99 Skins - Boys game last night on NFLN, man we had a good offense that yr.
Brad Johnson Stephen Davis Larry Centers Mike Sellers Michael Westbrooke Albert Connell James Thrash Stephen Alexander Number 2 ranked offense in the league behind STL. OL was decent not great but Jansen was a stud. That was a fun yr being a Skins fan, I was 12 and thought we were SB Bound until TB... Also we got swept by Dallas that yr, which the 1st game was a fluke comeback by them.

Re: Redskins O.T.A.
Yep, was glad Brad got his ring in Tampa. He was a good QB and class act
