Re: Ramsey wants to be traded

Ramsey is HURT, people. HURT HURT HURT HURT. I'm not sure about these reports people are quoting about Ramsey demanding to be traded. Not everything said on ESPN ends up being true, but it seriously sounds like this is just a one week thing to me. Why rush Ramsey back when (in Gibbs' eyes) we have a backup that can play? Give Ramsey time to heal completely.

Like I said, I don't know anything for sure here. Yes, it could be that Gibbs is putting Brunell in for the long run. No, I don't agree with it. I was all for Ramsey starting last season, and you know what? People have bad games. It happens. I cannot imagine that Gibbs would wait and wait to take Brunell out, go with Ramsey, and then put Brunell back in after ONE bad half of a game. How can a sub-100 yard passing attack inspire a change in QBs?

In summary, I don't think it's for longer than a game or two. I could be totally wrong here, that's just how I see it.

he's not HURT HURT HURT, gibbs said he was fine and this wasn't an injury situation on air. he felt like brunell gave them a better chance right now.

Re: Ramsey wants to be traded

Ramsey was just on Comcast Sports net Monday Nite Live and he stated himself he is fine and the injury is not a factor with him straight from his mouth, no more sore than after a regular game. He played it off well, but no mention from him except he wishes Brunell and the Redskins the best and he will do his part. It is the nature of the business were his only comments really.

Once again, Ramsey shows himself to be a class act. Too bad the Skins haven't treated him with the same amount of class that he displays towards them.

But, that aside, this move is just plain dumb. It isn't about the injury - Gibbs clearly said it wasn't, at his press conference. So, you can only assume that Gibbs TRULY believes we have a better shot with Brunell as our starter. Now, if that doesn't scare the **** out of you, I don't know what will.

Plato said "Question Everything!" I like that notion as appose to "Doubt Everything." My point is questions are meant to be asked and there is no shame in doubting everything. This all brings me to my other point which is love thy neighbor, except when they are a Cowboy fan.

Dolphins still want him? Patrick doesn't deserve this crap. Give us ricky and a conditional pick. then sign a vet free agent for the #2 spot.

Re: Ramsey wants to be traded

I'm pissed. I side with Ramsey if he wants to be traded. It isn't like he's TO crying for more money. He's the better qb and he wants to PLAY. WTF? What did Brunell do to earn this? NOTHING. PERIOD.

wow, so now you're saying we're all dumb, but whoever doesn't agree with you is even more retarded, and you think that's not an insult? you think telling people that they're worth less than a pile of shit isn't offensive?

You need help, cause you clearly don't get it. Please keep the shitslinging to yourself or find some other place to troll.

Encouraging people to be mindless followers is the most retarded thing i've seen today, and there's a whole bunch of you guys saying that... please, stop.

Re: Ramsey wants to be traded

Brunell did play better in preseason and Ramsey has been completely inconsistent. I really like Ramsey and have been routing for him since the beginning, but it just isn't working.

This is the sucky side of the business of football. But I saw the report on ESPN too that Ramsey wants to be traded.
