Dough-boy is bad in coverage, but the pressure on that play was lacking. The all came late and Schuab still had a pocket to throw in. Haslett want to blitz with his horses, but our the horses on our DL are not that great for the most part.

I'm actually proud of us for not bitching out. I'm just sayin' if i were a Houston player in the locker room I would kinda feel like a vagina knowin' we won by an "icing the kicker" call that would've been a REAL win. So glad we were men enough to not have to do the same thing to try and get a W. I only want what we earn, plain and simple.

Kareem Moore should help, he's definitely an upgrade over Reed Doughty, IMO

Sheesh, you think people would point out our starting RT committing a terrible false start in a critical point in the game. Or our horrible run D. Instead, NO let's complain about how our BACK UP free safety got beat by the best wide receiver in the NFL.
Yup. While Reed's getting beat sucked, we had them down by 17 late in the third quarter. It should never have come down to whether Reed can take AJ - the game was really lost elsewhere.

Seriously. No need to freak out. It is Week 2 and we are a team learning new systems and have new personnel.

Yes the D needed to step up, but today it was problems with stupid penalties and special teams letting us down in the fourth quarter.

Galloway should have got that deep ball at the end.

DMac got rolling, and we still have big problems in the running game.

The D played well until the end and they got gashed a few times.

Reed on Andre Johnson will never ever work.... period. We would have been better off with Bryon Westbrook back there.

AC is at LB now.

The d-line just isn't going to get a ton of pressure, that's what the LBs are for in this 3-4.

The defense was straight up awful today. It was a joke. five sacks? Who gives a shit? We just gave up 500 yards in one game.

That is pathetic.

Re: Redskins vs. Texans Gameday Thread

Running game isn't as important as getting a solid secondary in place. Look at the rushing totals in the league thus far. Very few guys even hitting the 80yd mark. Most of the fantasy stud Rbs are so far having subpar years. Arian Foster had that monster game last week, but we held him in check for the most part. If we can get CP to hit the 70-80 yard mark, that will be fine by me. We need quality defensive backs. Rogers and Landry are good, but not great like Darrell, Champ, or the young Smoot. Definitely not like Sean!!!!!!

Sorry Reed gets NO pass for that play. I rather focus on actual plays than a penalty. Our Run D wasnt nearly, in fact not even close to bad as our play in the secondary.
