Rogers is our best cover guy. If you want to get rid of someone it should be Hall. He can't cover my mother.

Does it matter? He's going to be an UFA sooner than later, and I just can't see them agreeing to a deal. Turnovers are a way of preventing points, and he just doesn't grab enough of them.

Well his first job is to cover. If he walks they better have someone that is just as good in coverage.

The difference really came down to our secondary not able to hold on to the ball. Moore had two chances and didn't convert.

Or maybe Gano's missed FG before halftime.

yeah but thier guy missed a 38 yarder. if moore holds on to the first one that hit him right in the hands that stops 7 right there.

That was a great effort on our team. I am a proud REDSKIN tonight even with this lose. Peyton killed our D for a while but we never gave up and it went down to the wire.

Totally agree. The D could have done better, the offense could have done better, but overall we were a play away from beating the Colts, which would have been an excellent feat.

Peyton was a f***ing monster tonight and he might of had one of his best games picking apart a D, we just seemed so confused but that is what Peyton does.

Re: Week 6:Redskins vs. Colts Gameday thread

I think this team did as well as it could with all that happened tonight. I've never seen an offense run as fast as it did during Indy's offensive possessions- it's a wonder our defense could get any plays in- they gave the offense several chances to stay in the game with fumbles (even without the dropped picks in the first half) and a key stop late in the 4th- kudos to Buchanon for making the deflections twice on Wayne. Donovan was under pressure all night and could have been sacked more than he was- he was nifty to get out of some of those for some dumpoffs. And our special teams is really improved this season- especially on coverage... those guys aren't getting enough credit.

Re: Week 6:Redskins vs. Colts Gameday thread

I think the Skins played relatively well and had plenty of chances to win the game. I feel pretty good about the game considering 1. no haynesworth 2. no pressure 3. dropped INT's...........6 games in a new offense, new defense. What can we expect?

Wow, 2 inches from a TD with Galloway and 4-2. I'm disappointed but satisfied with the game.

This season is going to give me a heart attack for sure. There must be some record on having the outcome of each game decided in the last 30 seconds..

You gusy are ridiculous. I mean really. Changes all around? When in the past 10 years have we would have been able to keep pace with the Colts?

Yall kill me. the Giants got smoked by this same team. We just played them to the wire. We have players on this team. We can and I think we will win the NFC East.

Next up the Bears and thier crappy o line.
