Re: Brandon Lloyd

It's possible the Post might be wrong about any interest in Brandon Lloyd. It's happened before.

Re: Brandon Lloyd

Wait a minute fellas. I think Jaquan Walker wants out of Greenbay. He's coming off of a torn ACL so he would have to prove himself, but I'm interested.

I don't think so. He tore his ACL in the first game last year and resented coming back for Greenbay after Favre called him out. He doesn't think someone is going to give up a first or second pick for him after that injury. That's one reason why Lavar isn't going to get a big payday.

Walker isn't going to sign for chump change, neither will LaVar.

Both are considered to be star players and will be paid accordingly, regardless of injury.

Besides, Walker is a #1 WR which we already have in Moss.

There wouldn't be enough balls to go around between Moss, Cooley and Walker.

All we need is a nice compliment to Moss who can snag 50 passes or so.

I don't want another no-name like Jaquan Walker. Now if you were thinking Javon Walker, WELL then I'd be interested.

Yes, thank you. I couldn't remember his name for nothing. I like Javon Walker. He wants to play for a winning team and has the passion he plays with.

Jason La Canfora, of the Washington Post, reports the Washington Redskins are working to acquire restricted free agent WR Brandon Lloyd from the San Francisco 49ers, according to several league sources. According to sources, the two sides were working on parameters for a deal, but had yet to agree on compensation.

Re: Brandon Lloyd

I definitely think that he is worth a second rounder. He had some big games with Tim Rattay. He didn't do much with Smith but I don't know if Smith broke the 100 yard barrier last year. I bet Saunders could turn him into a monster

Re: Brandon Lloyd

i would gladly give up a second rounder for lloyd. the dude is a freak. he's got the best hands in the league. reminds me bit of a young chris carter....minus the off-field transgressions.

he doesn't. he can jump, but he drops a lot of balls to. maybe its a focus thing.

The best hands in the league? You're kidding, right? Even among young receivers, R.O.Y. Williams makes Lloyd look like an O-Lineman.

Re: Brandon Lloyd

no, i think he's right about his hands being the best in the league. and i would like to go ahead and through this out: Mark Brunell is the youngest qb in the league.
